These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the TABOO website (the “Site”), ticket purchases, and attendance at TABOO events (“Events”). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing tickets, or attending an Event hosted or organized by TABOO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and refrain from attending any Events.

1. DEFINITIONS

3.4 Event Changes
TABOO may, at its sole discretion, make changes to the Event lineup, schedule, or venue. In the event of a major cancellation or change, TABOO will communicate to ticket holders via email or the contact information provided at purchase. Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

4. EVENT ATTENDANCE

4.1 Health & Safety
By attending an Event, you assume all risks associated with large gatherings, including potential exposure to infectious diseases. You agree to abide by all safety protocols, including directions from staff and any governmental or public health guidelines in place at the time of the Event.

4.2 Behavior
You agree to conduct yourself responsibly and follow all Event rules. TABOO is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that occur at an Event, except as required by law.

4.3 Recording & Photography
You acknowledge that TABOO and third parties may record or photograph Events. By attending, you grant TABOO the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any recordings (including your image or likeness) for promotional or other legal purposes without further authorization or compensation.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Site Content
All text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of TABOO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without express written permission from TABOO.

5.2 User Content
